haha, okay, this is what happened on September 7th, 1752: Absolutely nothing! Whoever said that it was a 'ghost date' is correct! That date never existed! Here's what a person said on Yahoo! Answers: In September of 1752, Parliament made a transition from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar. The Gregorian calendar was 11 days ahead of the Julian calendar. To make up for the difference, Parialment declared the day after september 2nd was september 14th, and therefore, September 7th, 1752 did not exist in England or any of her colonies at the time.
