The Rules of the catergory "Rules"

Only Global Moderators and Admins are allowed to post New Rules.
Members and Guests are allowed to post and reply, but not post new rules for the forum.Members and Guests are allowed to post new topics here with permission from myself.

Global Moderators are allowed to post rules but they will be deleted by me if they are not good.

Sorry, mini mods, you cannot post rules unless, again, you have permission from me.
