SHOULD I GO ON A DIET?

If I am 13 and 95 pounds am I overweight,should I go on a diet to impress a guy that I like?

depends on how old you are...but I'm not a genius but I don't think you are 13 pounds! even I'm 45 pounds (I think)/25-27 kg and I'm not that old! go on a diet if you wish, but do not overdo it! you might suffer from lack of nutrition and die (I'm not kidding here). I saw in the newspapers once that a 10-year old girl had died because she thought she was too fat and she didn't eat anything!

yeah...but I still don't think that Littlemi is 13 pounds..orkg! If you really are 13kg, I should say you should eat more! My parents are always nagging me to eat more food and I only weigh 26kg!

as the question to if you should go on a diet..no. but if the guy you like notices, cut back a little, but not too much. you still need the nutrition and...stuff in the food that keeps you alive.
